Mergers and Acquisitions
We represent local and international organizations in restructuring transactions, mergers & acquisitions, share purchase and assets purchase transactions. We are involved in all transaction stages from due diligence via preparation of the transaction, documents and negotiation until closing.
Representation of Investors & Business-People
We represent private investors and business-people in their commercial and legal issues. Whether it’s an investment in a local or foreign high-tech company, a joint venture with local or international partners, or assisting in a dispute resolution, we will stand by our clients and assist them throughout the entire process until its completion (sometimes in cooperation with our colleagues in complementary legal fields).
Financing Transactions
Our office represents large corporations and public companies in their engagements for financing with local and international banking institutions. Our office provides legal advice in respect of financing transactions with large investment institutions, insurance companies and institutional investors. In addition, we have a vast experience in advising real estate companies with their financing and/or refinancing from international banking institutions.
